2.Essential before filming:
(Preperation for a successful and efficient filming process)
-Location recces
-Equipment list
-Email (permission to use locations)
-Off site booking forms/risk assessment

3.Assisting filming:
(Documents to use during production stage)
-Call Sheet
-Production Schedule

Below is a copy of all our pre-production documents

Updates

After our first attempt at filming, we recognised that some of our shots needed to be changed and re-filmed due to various reasons including consistency errors, camera focusing, movement errors, and general improvements to the narrative. Because of this, we decided to adapt our script, storyboard and shotlist to accomodate these changes before re-filming.

Character profile updates:
Arter our first attempt at filming, we recognised that we had planned to include far to much dialogue for a 2 minute scene (which is another reason we edited the storyboard) However, in order to cut down on dialogue, we decided to remove Rob's character. This was because we felt it would simplify the narrative by condensing the amount of characters to introduce, and allowed us to focus on the drama, intensity, and decisions the others have to make rather than the focus being on Rob's character.
